Delete Your PlatinumMeds Account
You can delete your PlatinumMeds account at any time directly from within the app. Here is how.
Open the PlatinumMeds app on your phone. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar. Scroll down to the Account section. Tap Delete Account. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm your decision. Tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account.
Once your account is deleted the following data will be permanently removed. Your profile information. Your complete medicine list and schedule. Your full dose history and adherence records. Your lab results and fluid tracking history. Your caregiver connections and invitation history. Your appointment records.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data cannot be recovered after deletion.
Important note about subscriptions. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Plus or Platinum subscription. Please
cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
