Delete Your PlatinumMeds Account

 

Users can delete their account at any time after logging into the application.

 

How to delete your account:

 

Step 1 — Open the PlatinumMeds app on your iPhone or Android device

 

Step 2 — Go to your Profile section

 

Step 3 — Open Settings inside your Profile

 

Step 4 — Find and tap the option labeled Delete Account

 

Step 5 — A confirmation dialog will appear asking "Are you sure you want to permanently delete your

 

account?"

 

Step 6 — Tap Confirm to proceed

 

What happens after you confirm:

 

Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion. As part of our healthcare data protection process all account data will remain in a secure soft-delete state for 30 days before permanent removal. After the 30 day period all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

The following data will be permanently deleted:

Profile information Medication history Dose logs Lab results Fluid tracking data Caregiver connections All other app related data

 

Important — Subscriptions:

 

Any active Plus or Platinum subscription must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically stop subscription billing.

To cancel on iPhone — go to Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find PlatinumMeds, and tap Cancel Subscription.

To cancel on Android — open Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, find PlatinumMeds, and tap Cancel Subscription.
